Physique 57 offers India’s first barre-based workout, designed to target full-body muscle endurance in every class. For fitness novices and professional athletes alike, our classes are designed to sculpt muscle, burn fat and transform your entire body.
Offered in a group class or private training format, our low impact yet high-intensity workout incorporates our scientifically proven method, ‘Interval Overload’ by blending cardio, strength training, stretching and recovery to improve your endurance and boost your metabolism.
We have most recently launched indoor cycling classes. Our powerCycle workouts are an extension of the Physique 57 philosophy on mindful movement and focus on cardiovascular conditioning.

Implementing a ballet barre as our primary apparatus, we use light weights, bands, or body weight for resistance and combine principles from functional training, aerobics, HIIT, pilates and yoga.This innovative combination forms our very own proprietary technique, lauded as one of the most premium, effective, safe and sustainable ways to get and stay in shape. Our barre classes are structured to maximize every minute and move with science-backed choreography, set to incredible music that promises no plateaus – only consistent results! INTRODUCING PHYSIQUE 57 POWERCYCLE
powerCycle by Physique 57 is our version of indoor cycling, steeped in the same philosophy of science-backed movement with which we introduced Physique 57 to India, six years ago. In a PowerCycle class, we focus on meaningful resistance (which keeps the class challenging), as well as the beat of the music to achieve optimum results.
Our powerCycle class is an excellent, low-impact, equipment-based cardio blast, making it an ideal cross-training option for our community that also does barre. Our music-and-real-riding based principles offer an opportunity to not only burn calories but also to track how many kilometers were ridden, which is a measurable way to track progress. Through our mindfully and scientifically programmed 30 or 45-minute powerCycle rides, clients can expect to build their cardiac and lung capacity safely, build strong and toned legs and achieve an endorphin high as a result of masterful coaching, set to great music.
