Our new format of High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT includes repeated cycles of high intensity exercise broken up by short periods of recovery. With HIIT we’ve “Physique-ified” jumping jacks, lunges, and planks into non-stop, heart-pumping sprints. It’s all about intense cardio paired with strength training that keeps your metabolism and endorphins on high. This 45-minute intermediate workout is all fire.
