Ladoos, barfis, halwa, and of course everyone’s weakness – jalebis! I’m drooling just by the mention of these classic festive sweets. With the festive season coming up, it can sometimes feel impossible to stick to your healthy lifestyle, but what’s life without a little indulgence, right?

The extravagant family dinners and countless social gatherings are a big part of the festivities. This year more than ever as we step out (fully vaccinated, of course) to celebrate this festive season in person after almost two years. While this gives us even more reason to indulge, let’s also keep in mind our well-being. It is possible to stay fit, fabulous, and enjoy the festive season!

Our expert trainers and stimulating music will motivate you to be your fittest self by season time.

Focus On Form

If you aren’t sure which barre class is for you, then this is the best place to start. Think of it as a foundation course to the Physique 57 method. In this class, our trainers will help you understand and teach you the basic positions and how to safely and effectively execute them. Because form is everything!

HIIT

It’s cardio at its best! Keep your metabolism and endorphins high with this intense mix of cardio and strength training. It’s also super great for keeping fit while you also enjoy the indulgent festive food.

Amped Up!

This is one of our more advanced classes, it’s a high-intensity, fast-paced workout. Not for the faint-hearted! This class is all about sweating it out, but newbies (whether you’re new to working out or new to barre) take note – you need to progress to this class. Yeah, it’s that intense! It’s best to put in around 10 to 15 Power Sculpt classes before you level up.

So, the next time someone offers you a ladoo or a ghee-soaked roti, don’t hesitate to indulge in a few. Because we’ve got you covered.

I certify that I am in adequate health to participate in any activities at the Studio(s) of AMP Fitness LLP and do not have any illness, disease, or health condition that could put anyone at risk. Should this information change, it is my sole responsibility to promptly notify the instructors at the Studio(s) of AMP Fitness LLP.

Any personal property brought to classes is at your sole risk regarding theft, damage, or loss. You agree that Physique 57 is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you attend classes or are at a Physique 57 location.

All cancellations must be made in writing to info@physique57india.com 12 hours before the class booking. Cancellations outside of this timeframe will be deducted from your class package. Clients unable to join a Full or Express Studio class 10 minutes past the start time will have the class deducted from their package.

Payments can be made online via our app with a valid credit or debit card. All classes must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable. Clients can pre-register for classes up to one hour prior to the scheduled class time to reserve their space. If the class is full, you will be placed on a waitlist; additions from the waitlist are on a first-come, first-served basis. Instructor requests and preferred date and class timings are subject to availability.
