This simple Strawberry Chia Pudding is a perfect breakfast or anytime snack. It’s creamy, delicious and pretty enough to be served as a dessert too. Try this satisfying guilt-free treat that’s made without refined sugars, healthy and packed with superfoods!

Strawberries are potent little packages of nutrition that protect your heart, increase good cholesterol, lower your blood pressure, and guard against cancer. Rich in vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants, strawberries are the perfect low-calorie snack for weight watchers. The second main ingredient in this recipe is chia seeds. “Chia” means strength, and tradition suggests that these tiny seeds serve as a natural energy booster. Packed with healthy omega-3 fatty acids, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, antioxidants, and calcium, chia seeds are a great mid-day pick-me-up!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup organic strawberries

1 cup almond or coconut mylk

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 date (optional)

1/3 cup chia seeds (for thinner consistency use only 1/4 cup)

1 tbsp collagen powder

1 tsp tahini or choice of nut butter (optional)

Instruction:

Blend all the ingredients together omitting the chia seeds.

Whisk the chia seeds into the strawberry mixture and pour into a big bowl or individual smaller bowls.

Serve with fresh strawberries and coconut flakes.

Should this information change, it is my sole responsibility to promptly notify the instructors at the Studio(s) of AMP Fitness LLP.

Any personal property brought to classes is at your sole risk regarding theft, damage, or loss. You agree that Physique 57 is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you attend classes or are at a Physique 57 location.

All cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected] 12 hours before the class booking. Cancellations outside of this timeframe will be deducted from your class package. Clients unable to join a Full or Express Studio class 10 minutes past the start time will have the class deducted from their package.

Payments can be made online via our app with a valid credit or debit card. All classes must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable. Clients can pre-register for classes up to one hour prior to the scheduled class time to reserve their space. If the class is full, you will be placed on a waitlist; additions from the waitlist are on a first-come, first-served basis. Instructor requests and preferred date and class timings are subject to availability.
