Virtual Class Cancellation Policy:

**IMPORTANT: Please MUTE your mic on the device you are using for Zoom when signing into group online classes so that all participants can focus on the instructor.

You will be sent the class link via email one hour before the scheduled class time. Please add [email protected] to your safe senders list to prevent the email entering your spam folder.

Clients will be unable to join class 15 minutes past the scheduled start time; should this happen, this class will be deducted from your class package.

All cancellations must be given in writing to [email protected] 12 hours prior to the class booking. All cancellations outside of this time frame will be deducted from your class package.

Payments can be made online using our third-party payment vendor, Razorpay, using a valid credit or debit card.

Purchases will not be refunded to your credit card. If a reservation is cancelled early the class is credited to your Physique 57 account to use towards future reservations.

All Virtual classes must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable.

Clients can pre-register for a class up to one hour prior to the scheduled class time in order to reserve their space in the class.

If the class is full, you will be placed on the waitlist; additions to the class from the waitlist will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Single classes, class packages, special promotions, workshops and memberships are non-refundable. Unlimited memberships and class packages cannot be shared amongst clients. If a reservation is not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, you will be charged for that class or workshop.

Single classes, class packages, and memberships expire in accordance with the terms and conditions sent when your purchase is made.

Instructor requests will be subject to availability.

Preferred date and class timings will be subject to availability.

Please note that Physique 57 is not liable in any manner for any injuries sustained during a Physique 57 virtual class; availing these services will be at your own risk.

Any form of direct or indirect copying, recording, editing, extraction, distribution, transmission, reproduction, imitation, performance, re-enactment, adaptation, dramatization, display, broadcast or any other form of direct or indirect unauthorized usage in any manner whatsoever of any or all of the contents of this class/session is strictly prohibited. The contents of this class/session are protected under all applicable domestic and international copyright laws.

Studio Class Cancellation Policy:

Reservations for classes after 11:00 a.m. can be cancelled online or by telephone with no charge up to six (6) hours prior to the beginning of class. Reservations for classes 11:00 a.m. and before need to be cancelled 12 hours prior to the beginning of class.

Privates and Workshops: Reservations can be cancelled online or by telephone with no charge up to 24 hours prior to the beginning of class.

If you are added to class from a waitlist, you need to confirm your reservation 3 hours prior to the start of class. For classes that begin at 11 am and earlier, please confirm by 6 pm the day before.

If a reservation is not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, you will be charged separately for that class.

Clients with unlimited packages who do not cancel their reservations in accordance with the cancellation policy will be charged Rs 1400 for the class.

Single classes expire 1 month from the date of purchase. The 10-class package expires 4 months from date of purchase. Monthly unlimited packages expire 31 days from the date of activation. Special promotional packages may have shorter expiration dates.
