  1. A light pair of weights or two equal bottles of water

  2. A sturdy piece of furniture; either a chair or sturdy tabletop

  3. A resistance band or a stretchy pair of leggings

  4. An exercise mat (optional)

SIGN UP: Sign into or create your Mind Body Account
COMMIT TO FIT: Choose a class package that is right for you and your goals!
SECURE YOUR SPOT: Sign up for a class online in advance to ensure your spot at the virtual barre.
ZOOM: Download the Zoom app on your laptop, tablet, or mobile device.
WAIT FOR IT: Class links are sent via email one hour before the scheduled start time
ADD A NEW FRIEND: Add hello@fitgrid.com to your safe senders list to ensure the link does not enter your spam folder
MAKE AN ENTRANCE: Sign into class 10 minutes before the scheduled start time
CANCEL WITH CARE: Cancel at least 12 hours prior to the class start time; late cancellations will be deducted from your class package.
