Moms-to-be in all trimesters and of all experience levels will join together for this 75-minute workshop that will thoroughly take you through all of the specifically-designed strength and endurance exercises and orthopedic stretches that make up what has been voted as “NYC’s best prenatal workout!” You will learn the how’s and why’s of the postures and movements that will prepare you for labor and delivery while instantly leaving you feeling strong, supple, healthy, and invigorated. In addition to learning all of the variations that can be applied to regular Physique 57 classes during your pregnancy, we will teach you the key exercises and mindful movements for you to implement in the weeks immediately following childbirth to ensure a quicker, optimal recovery.
Technique is everything. This 57-minute workshop will help you expand your knowledge and understanding of the Physique 57 exercises and how each exercise will work best for your body. This workshop will not only leave you feeling confident to make Physique 57 your own but will also allow you to create a foundation to build strength and endurance for a lifetime; quality of movement changes your body, NOT quantity!

This class follows the Physique 57 class format however will be geared toward the specific needs of the group
More time spent specifically on the ‘what and why’ this method is.
This class is paced slower than our Sculpt level class but we promise you will still get a great effective workout!
