This delicious gluten- and grain-free Paleo Walnut Bread is packed with superfood ingredients like almonds, walnuts, dates, turmeric and ginger. Naturally sweetened, this bread takes full advantage of all the immunity and energy boosting powerful nutrients, which is a must-have during the monsoon season. Power packed with omega-3 fatty acids from the nuts, fibre from dates, and antioxidants from turmeric and ginger, this recipe is a great way to help improve your body’s immunity. Toast it and enjoy it with healthy spread, turn it into your favourite sandwich or enjoy it as is for a healthy, mid-day snack!

This recipe makes one large loaf or two small loaf pans.

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

4 tbsp coconut flour

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

5 to 6 large dates

6 eggs

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp ginger powder

1 tsp cinnamon powder

1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

Mix together the dry ingredients, almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, salt and spices.

In a blender or food processor, pulse in the dates until the texture becomes sand like.

Add eggs and apple cider vinegar.

Stir in the chopped walnuts.

Bake at 180OC for 28 to 32 minutes. Cool for two hours and serve.

Any personal property brought to classes is at your sole risk regarding theft, damage, or loss. You agree that Physique 57 is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you attend classes or are at a Physique 57 location.

All cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected] 12 hours before the class booking. Cancellations outside of this timeframe will be deducted from your class package. Clients unable to join a Full or Express Studio class 10 minutes past the start time will have the class deducted from their package.

Payments can be made online via our app with a valid credit or debit card. All classes must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable. Clients can pre-register for classes up to one hour prior to the scheduled class time to reserve their space. If the class is full, you will be placed on a waitlist; additions from the waitlist are on a first-come, first-served basis. Instructor requests and preferred date and class timings are subject to availability.
