As easy as one, two – that’s it! Just two ingredients but so very wholesome and delicious. Non-Diet Nutritionist and Founder of Burgers To Beasts ™, Kripa Jalan gives us a pancake recipe that’s all kinds of yummy!
This recipe is quite unlike the rest of the healthy pancake recipes out there. We’re talking no refined flour, no refined sugar, no-nonsense! While there are a lot of healthy pancake recipes such as Flourless Banana Pancakes and Paleo Green Pancakes, this one packs a punch thanks to the protein.
Popularly known as the building block of our body, protein is essential for bone, muscle, and skin health. This is also one of the reasons why so many nutritionists and physical trainers swear by it. There are different types of protein powders such as soy, pea, casein, hemp, and whey, which is the most popular protein choice. However, they all have similar benefits which are weight management, muscle growth, strength training, and added nutrition for vegetarians or vegans.
Trust us, this recipe will be your go-to power breakfast soon enough!
